Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. The following terms apply to all conference, certification, and bundle registrations. Please review them before completing your registration.

  • Cancellations 30+ days before the conference
    Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations 15–29 days before the conference
    50% refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations fewer than 15 days before the conference
    No refund; your registration may be transferred to another attendee.
  • No-shows
    No refund.

How to request a cancellation or transfer

To cancel your registration or transfer it to another attendee, email Contact@TEIConference.org with your name and registration details. Refund timing is based on the date your request is received.

This policy is administered by EITRI. All times are calculated relative to the first day of the conference (November 5, 2026). EITRI reserves the right to update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your registration applies.
