Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, in three ways:

Email sign-ups. If you enter your email to receive schedule and pricing updates, we collect your email address.
Registration and payment. When you register for the conference, certification, or a bundle, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your registration and the details you provide at checkout (such as your name and email); we do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Contact form and email. If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

How we use your information

To process your registration and send confirmations and event details.
To respond to your questions and inquiries.
To send you conference updates, schedule information, and pricing notices you have requested.
To verify eligibility for discounted rates (such as student or international rates) where applicable.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the conference, and only as needed:

Stripe processes payments and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Google hosts the form used to collect email sign-ups (Google Sheets / Google Workspace).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to operate the conference and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
